Dana Abu-Ghazalah joined the Emirates College for Advanced Education in March 2018 and is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Development Department.  Since she joined, she had led the strategy development and execution, partnership management, and business continuity management.  Ms. Dana is a practitioner of strategy and has more than 20 years of extensive international experience spanning across multiple industries including Governments, Consultancy, Education, IT, Aviation, and Banking, with a proven track record of successfully driving transformational change across all organizational levels through strategy development & subsequent execution, leading to efficiencies and growth.  Prior to joining ECAE, Ms. Dana held serval management roles as an advisor, consultant, or manager working with governments and consultancy firms such as Roads and Transport Authority, Public Works Ashghal, Accenture, KPMG, Palladium, and Sabre.

She holds a Joint Honors Bachelors of Science Degree in Management & Computer Science from Aston University, U.K
