Admission Requirements

To be eligible for Fab Academy, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Age: 18+ years old

  • Availability: Commit to four days a week from January to July.
  • Language Skills: Possess excellent English reading and writing skills.
  • Project Ideas: While not mandatory, having an idea for a graduation project is preferred.
  • Seat Capacity: Please note that we have limited availability with only 15 seats.

Program Overview

Degree: DIPLOMA IN PRINCIPLES AND APPLICATIONS OF DIGITAL FABRICATION.

Classes Start: Mid-January 2024

Duration: 6 months

Weekly Commitment: 15-25 hours a week (varies based on prior tech background)

Classes: Daily in-person classes at the ECAE FabLab in Abu Dhabi

Global Class: Weekly virtual class connecting with students worldwide

Final Project: Mid-June 2024
