ECAE's Master of Education Program prepares educators for leadership roles as head teachers, principals, and administrative positions by enhancing their knowledge, expertise, and professional competence in the best practices of twenty-first century education. The program combines coursework, research experience, and seminars that ensure graduates both understand and know how to implement effective educational solutions at the classroom, school, and system levels.

The Master of Education (M.Ed.) Program is a 36 credit-based two year degree program aligned with Level 9 in the UAE Qualification Framework - QF Emirates. The program focuses on Education practitioners, leaders, administrators, and professionals in a broad range of field and is also suitable for other professionals whose work has an educational component or some educational responsibility. The following tracks are offered within the program:

- Educational Leadership
- Early Childhood Education
The M.Ed. is offered over four semesters, and the final semester includes either a capstone project or a research project.
This program is accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation.
