Vision
The vision of ECAE is to be an institute of distinction for teacher education in the Emirates within three years, across the Middle East within five years and globally 8-10 years.

Mission
The mission of ECAE is to prepare high quality teachers and educational leaders for the Abu Dhabi Emirate and across the UAE through research based, responsive professional training.
