| IT and Online Services are integral to the learning process, and form a major part of all of ECAE’s programs. We provide up-to-date tools and services so students can actively engage in technology-enhanced learning activities. At ECAE, students act as active consumers of information related to their lives at the College. Through access to Portal and other self-service applications, students are guided to embrace a culture of self-monitoring, reflection, and responsibility. In most programs, students are provided with a personal laptop computer, free of charge. With it students can access the Internet and email—as well as a range of other electronic services—through the College’s wireless network, which covers most of the campus. All classrooms at ECAE have multimedia projection facilities, and most classrooms are fitted with other state-of-the-art equipment, such as Interactive Whiteboards and visualization aids. |
